THE BALL & CHANGE!
BCYC 2022 COMMODORE'S BALL & CHANGE OF WATCH - EVENT REGISTRATION
We are continuing to combine our annual Commodore's Ball with the traditional Change of Watch. This Combined Event is on Friday, October 21st and promises to provide an evening of Dining, Music, Dancing and Celebration. This fun evening is being held at The Charlevoix Yacht Club facility, located at 220 Ferry Avenue in Charlevoix. In addition to a wonderful buffet dinner catered by Grey Gables, opportunity for socializing, we'll have an abbreviated Change of Watch, recognizing Commodore Gibby Underdown, acknowledge other attending Past Commodores and Congratulate our Incoming and Outgoing Directors. Live music by "Yankee Station" for your listening and dancing enjoyment.
Cocktails and Appetizers are 5:00pm, with Buffet Dinner served at 6:00pm

If you prefer to use the US Mail, please click on the Fill-In Reservation form link here and mail it with a Check to the address listed on the form. If you use the mail-in form you may close this page without submitting any information.
Deadline for receipt of RESERVATION/PAYMENT is October 14, 2022. NOTE: We are limiting attendance. If the Event becomes Sold Out, this ONLINE Registration will be shut down earlier than October 14th.
SPECIAL NOTE - DRINK TICKETS: This Event will be using a "cashless" bar, meaning that Members will buy drinks using Drink Tickets. You can Pre-purchase your Drink Tickets ahead of time through the ONLINE process that you will be taken to when you submit your registration info below. Members can also purchase Drink Tickets at The Ball & Change Event.
We strongly encourage you to Pre-purchase before the event in order to eliminate the possibility of waiting in line. Once you complete and submit the Registration, click on the SUBMIT button. You will be taken to a page where you then can Select the number of Dinners as well as the option to Pre-purchase Drink tickets. You can add # of Dinners and Drink Tickets to your Cart, then do a combined CHECKOUT with your Dinner and Drink Tickets. Your Pre-purchased Drink Tickets will be given to you when you arrive at The Ball & Change event.
