Our 2008 Cajun Shrimp Boil was a rousing
success!
Our new Cajun Shrimp Chef Marti Walker took
on the HUGE challenge left by our former Chef,
Bob Kopec when he moved to sunny Florida.
She does however admit to a lot of help from
Bob both before and during the event. Marti
was more than ably assisted my too many
people to mention, we thank them all!
The volunteers promised the dinner at 6:00 and
it was there, ready to go!
Over 170 meals were served, with over 120
pounds of shrimp consumed.

crew!
